Volunteers Needed: Save on Your Registration

If you volunteer for one three-hour shift during the conference, you will receive $25 off of your adult registration fee. If you volunteer for two three-hour shifts, you will receive $50 off. You will be notified of your shift days and times two weeks prior to the conference.

All volunteers assigned to work on Thursday July 11th must report to the volunteer station at 2:30pm for a briefing and short tour of the facility with the Volunteer Coordinator. If you are scheduled to work at Registration on Friday or Saturday morning, you will report in at 7:45am on your assigned day. If you are scheduled to work at any other time or station, you will report to the foyer on Friday July 13th at 8:30am for a briefing with the Volunteer Coordinator.

We appreciate the invaluable service that you as a volunteer provide to Karitos and we want your time at the conference to be blessed. In the event that you have a conflict between your scheduled shift and a workshop of particular interest, it may be possible that you can trade shifts with another person on the volunteer list. At the same time, we want you to know that you will be working at the discretion of the Volunteer Coordinator and it may not be possible for you to attend every workshop that you would like.

If you wish to serve as a volunteer, please register for the conference and fill out a Volunteer Application Form (MS Word format). Please send send this form as an attachment to Angel Simmons, volunteer coordinator, at angel.simmons@att.net. If you cannot email it then send it by mail as soon as possible to:
