Vivien Hibbert - Worship leader, author, teacher, Vivien is a regular faculty member of the International Worship Institute (Dallas) and the International Worship Symposium. Vivien is well-known for her biblically centered teaching on prophetic worship. This is her third year with the Karitos faculty.

Birthing Worshipers (Born In Zion)

7 Keys of Worship Renewal
This workshop addresses the issue of personal renewal by studying key subjects like maintaining and guarding God's presence in your life, pursuing excellence, hearing God's voice, and understanding how to birth your personal renewal into your local ministry.

FLOW- The EXPERIENCE
This is a teaching and practical workshop covering an overview of the theological foundation and perspective of prophetic worship. Simply stated, prophetic worship is “worship” where God speaks and interacts with the congregation in both the corporate & personal setting. During this session, singers, musicians, dancers, etc will explore flowing spontaneously and prophetically, embracing every moment of the corporate worship service. This practical hands on workshop will be an actual worship experience but with interjections pointing out key elements along with practical suggestions for navigating through.

 

 

Pastor Cory Ratliff - Cory serves as the Assistant Liaison to Harry Stackhouse senior Pastor of the Sign of the Dove ministries. He has ministered globaly from the pulpit as well as the classroom teaching the mysteries of God to young and mature Christians. He has a strong passion for young people to see them grow into the fullness of Christ. He has extensive experince in conducting choirs and coaching soloist. He has been a speaker at many workshops and confernces on worship. Pastor Cory is also a choreographer and stage director. He has produced several original productions for the church that encourage the body of Christ. He is also noted as a lyricist, composer and recording artist in praise and worship with two CD’s to his credit entitled “Let Your Glory Return to this Temple” and newly released “Fruit of My Lips”.

Karitos Kids in Worship
This session is a fun interactive biblically based session designed for children and those interested in leading children in worship. Children will explore what it means to be worshipers and use their gifts and abilities in worship.

The Balancing Act
The call to lead others in worship can sometimes be clouded with the management of our lives as musical artist. In this class we will discuss the challenges surrounding being the artist and yet fulfilling the call to lead others in worship.

Worship Leading 101-A Practical Look at Leading
This session will focus on the basics of leading worship effectively. Designed to encourage and equip new and striving worship leaders with skills necessary to lead the body of believers in worship of the most high God.

 

 

 

Pastor Don Clark – is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta GA, and received his Masters in Theology from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL. Pastor Don Clark has exercised his vocation in preaching and teaching the Gospel in various denominations, whereby many souls have been blessed. Pastor Don is not only the host of the “Seekers of His Heart” Praise & Worship Conference, but also the founder of The Eagle’s Nest Worship Center in the South Suburbs of Chicago. It is a user friendly church welcoming all people. Pastor Don is married to the lovely Lady Tiffiani, who is his partner in ministry. They have been blessed with three gifts from God, their daughters Tristen, Sydnie, and Taylor. The mantel he walks under exemplifies the anointing and diversity of gifts in his life.

LeAnzar Stockley is the founder of Into God Network, Assistant Pastor & Worship Minister at The House That Love Built Church. Holding an Associate’s Degree of Worship Arts, LeAnzar serves nationally and internationally as spirit-filled worship consultant, worship leader, and workshop clinician. He is one of the founding leaders of the Christ Worship Alliance, a published author, and the Department Head of the Worship & Vocal Track for the Karitos Worship & Arts Conference. I.M.P.A.C.T. Worship
I.M.P.A.C.T. Worship offers spiritually based practicality to designing a corporate worship service. In this hands on workshop, participants will use I.M.P.A.C.T. as a model for worship that is spiritually relevant and artistically creative, glorifying God and edifying the body of Christ.

Awakening the Psalmist in You
This session focuses attention on what it really means to be a psalmist and how to use that anointing in the modern day church. Participants will discuss prophetic psalming, spontaneous songwriting during times of worship and various keys to being the Psalmist in their specific churches and ministries.

Charl'z L. Kay is the Vice President of Performing Arts with Into God Network (N2G), specializing in Vocal Performance, Theatre, and Pantomime. Desiring to see other Christian artist hone their craft properly, Charl'z is currently turning his talents outward as a Vocal and Theatre Coach. “I don't believe that the Art of Worship should ever overshadow the Heart of Worship. It's our responsibility to stay mindful of this, and I try to instill this mindset into all of my students." Charl'z is a member of The House That Love Built, where he sings on the worship team and serves as an Elder.

How to Sing A Song
What does the word “free” sound like? Often times when given the opportunity to sing a song, we simply take the microphone and allow the resounding sound of melodies and embellishments to ring forth. This session leads the vocal artists into a deeper understanding of communicating the message of a song and effectively using vocal inflection, body language, musical skill, etc to not just get the message across peaceably to the ear, but effectively to the hearts of the receivers. Come prepared to sing a song of your choice.

Unlocking the Full Potential of Your Voice
This session will set its focus on helping individuals be just that, an individual in using their own voice and vocal abilities. From identifying your true range, to discovering how to properly utilize your vocal registers and simply expanding your voice to greater potential, vocalists will be sure to leave this class with vocal control and confidence.

So then what does a true “heart song” sound like? Know Them that Worship Among You
Have you ever had a situation in ministry that you didn’t quite know how to handle because you were not experienced in that area, only to find out later on that there was a member of the TEAM that had that missing piece. This Class focuses on Knowing the identity of your TEAM. As Worship Leaders we tend to focus on the teaching of worship songs, the singing in worship and the administrative sides of the ministry but do we really know the spiritual identity of the members of our TEAM who worship with us? In this high energy dramatized class the worshippers will be thrown into many scenarios that will cause them to identify what TEAM member is needed for the job. And identify the strengths and weakness of the TEAM as a whole.
