In 1995, Abel traveled to California to study mime with Todd Farley for couple of months. In 1996, God gives him the privilege to lead a group of young people to win the lost through mime with "Palabra Viviente" where more than 100 people accepted Jesus as their Savior. In 1997, Abel opened the first Christian Mime school in Puerto Rico and also was a full-time student in the "University of Puerto Rico" focusing on the arts. In 1998, he went back to California as a full-time student to study with Todd and Marilyn Farley, where he then had the opportunity of touring Europe with Mimeistry International for a couple of months. After this tour, he traveled to Tobago and Puerto Rico to teach the art of mime. Abel Cruz lives in Milwaukee, WI with his wife Charmaine and daughter Elizabeth Elain.

In the summer of 1995 Alyce completed the Advanced Examination of the Royal Academy of Dancing and was one of two dancers in the United States to be awarded the coveted Solo Seal of the Academy. She retired from the Milwaukee Ballet in 2002 and resides in Milwaukee with her husband and three children. Alyce is the director of the Dance Ministry at Elm brook Church.
